Get in Touch

Whether you have a question about our calculators, found a bug, or want to suggest a new tool, feel free to reach out.

Email: [email protected]

We review all suggestions and aim to respond within 48 business hours. During peak periods, responses may take slightly longer, but every message is read by a member of our engineering team.

Types of Feedback We Welcome

Your feedback directly shapes the tools we build. Here are the categories of input we find most valuable:

  • Calculation Errors: If a calculator returns a result that doesn't match your hand calculations or a known reference, please tell us. Include the calculator name, your input values, the result you got, and the result you expected. We take accuracy reports seriously and prioritize fixes.
  • Feature Suggestions: Want a new calculator that doesn't exist yet? Describe the calculation, include any relevant standards or formulas, and tell us how it would help your work. Many of our current tools started as user requests.
  • Content Corrections: If you spot a typo, an outdated standard reference, or a misleading explanation in our guides, let us know so we can correct it promptly.
  • Usability Feedback: Is a calculator hard to use on mobile? Is the layout confusing? We want to hear about it. Clear usability feedback helps us improve the experience for everyone.
  • Browser or Device Issues: If a calculator doesn't render correctly or produces errors on your device or browser, include your device model, OS, and browser version so we can investigate.

Report a Bug

If you found an error in one of our calculators, please include the following details in your message:

  • Which calculator you were using
  • What input values you entered
  • What result you expected vs. what you got

This helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly.

Suggest a Calculator

We're always looking to add new tools that engineers actually need. If there's a calculator you'd like to see on CoreCalx, let us know!

Describe the calculation, include any relevant standards or formulas, and tell us how it would help your work.

Contribute to CoreCalx

Are you an engineer with an idea for a calculator that would benefit your field? We welcome contributions from professionals across all engineering disciplines. Whether it's a mechanical stress calculator, a structural load tool, or a specialized electrical formula — if you can define the requirements and the governing standards, we can build it together.

Contributors who help us design and validate new calculators are credited on the tool page. Reach out to [email protected] with "Calculator Contribution" in the subject line, and include a brief description of the tool, the relevant standards or formulas, and any validation data you have.

How Your Feedback Helps

User feedback is the backbone of CoreCalx's development cycle. When you report a calculation error, it triggers an immediate review against the relevant standard. When you suggest a feature, it enters our prioritized roadmap. When you point out a usability issue, it gets assigned to our next design sprint.

Several of our most popular calculators — including the Cable Cross-Section Calculator and the Voltage Drop Calculator — were directly inspired by user requests. Your input doesn't just improve existing tools; it determines what we build next.
